General Enquiries

We cannot practice CPR on a healthy dog or if the heart is beating. CPR can cause serious physical harm to dogs if performed unnecessarily. Simulaid CasPeR and stuffed dogs are used during practical day. Also, the topics are covered in-depth so that learners have a thorough understanding of the principles of canine first aid. Since this is a very comprehensive course, and 9 hour day, we need your full attention and dogs do not come to class.
The booking of this course does not allow for cancellations. However, we are able to reschedule but not refund. If you wish to reschedule then this must be requested at least 14 days prior to course and may only be changed once. [There is no exception due to operational costs incurred].
