About Us

At Dog First Aid, our mission is to equip pet owners, professionals, and volunteers with the essential knowledge and confidence to respond effectively in emergency situations.

Since 2013, we have been the first organization in Singapore to offer internationally certified pet first aid qualifications. Our programs are designed to meet global standards, combining evidence-based practices with hands-on training to ensure participants are fully prepared to provide critical care before veterinary attention is available.

To date, we have trained thousands of pet care professionals, business owners, and animal welfare volunteers—strengthening the standard of pet emergency response across the country. Dog First Aid is committed to advancing awareness, raising competency, and ultimately protecting the well-being of pets everywhere.

She signed up for the first aid course immediately upon hearing about it on radio FM93.8 Pet’s Project and was the first student to take up Canine First Responder course when it was introduced back in 2013.

To achieve this, she underwent comprehensive training to become a certified Canine First Rsponder Instructor. She then proceeded to acquire the Canine First Responder Course™ in May 2015. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and attained ACTA and DACE certifications respectively.
